소형고속브로워(High Speed Mini Blower)의 시운전 및 주의사항

시 운 전 (Commissioning)

(1) 제품 시운전 시 설명서를 숙지 후 승인된 취급인가자에 의해 시운전하시길 바랍니다.

(2) 제품 시운전 시 MINI-H100, H200 모델의 경우 모터커버가 열린 상태로 시운전하지 마십시오.

(3) 제품 시운전 시 사용하는 드라이버가 IC 방식 인지 MCU 방식 인지를 꼭 확인하시기 바랍니다.

(4) 제품 운전 중에는 점퍼를 절대로 조작하지 마시기 바랍니다. 제품이 완전히 정지된 후 점퍼를 조작해야 합니다.

(5) 입력전원과 결선 상태를 확인 바랍니다. 이때 결선 단자는 + : 빨간색이며, - : 검은색이며, 절연 테이프를

이용하여 연결한 경우에는 연결 및 절연상태를 재확인 바랍니다.

(6) 배관 결합부의 결합 상태를 확인 바랍니다.

(7) 배관 중 밸브가 잠겨 있는지 확인하시고 잠겨있는 경우에는 완전 개방 시켜 주십시오.

(8) 배관 연결 시 제품과 배관 사이의 최소 이격 거리(15mm)를 주고 연결 바랍니다.

(9) 제품 내부에 이물질이 흡입되지 않도록 유의하시기 바랍니다.

(1) Must be completely read and understood by all operating and servicing personnel before beginning to work.

Assembly must carried out by an authorized person.

(2) In case of the commissioning of MINI-H100, H200, do not remove the motor cover.

(3) Must be check the driving mode if this is IC or MCU.

(4) Don't operate the jumper during the driving mode. Operate the jumper when its must stops.

(5) Ensure the input power and connecting status.

+ is red, - : black, to make sure the connecting status using by friction tape.

(6) Ensure the connecting branch.

(7) Ensure if the valve is closed. In case of that, please open the valve..

(8) In case of the delivery branch connection, please do not connect directly, Secure at least with a length of

15mm between blower and pipe.

(9) Hard objects and dust must be captured before entering the blower.

주의사항 (Caution)

(1) 외부에 먼지나 이물질이 묻었을 경우 젖은 헝겊으로 닦아냅니다.

(2) 본 제품은 절대로 분해하지 마십시오.

(3) 운전 시작 후 소음, 진동 발생 여부를 확인 합니다.

만약 소음, 진동이 있을 경우는 운전을 중지하고 주요장애 요인별 점검 사항 및 응급조치 요령을 참고하여

원인 제거 후 재운전 바랍니다.

(4) 운전 시작 후 우선 무부하 전류를 측정한 후 명판상의 전류 값과 비교하여 초과 할 경우에는 정기적 점검을

실시함과 동시에 원인을 제거를 해야 합니다.

(5) 압력계를 이용하여 정격 압력을 측정하고 제품의 발열상태를 점검 합니다.

(6) 운전 시작 후 블로워 표면의 온도는 고온으로 화상의 위험이 있으므로 주의하시기 바랍니다.

(1) Prevent carte should be maintained not to allow dust and other objects to be built-up within the flow Path.

In addition to proper filtration and filter maintenance at suction at port of the blower.

(2) Do not disassemble.

(3) Upon starting the blower, check the noise and vibration.

If the noise and vibration occurs, stop the operating and check the Repair/Trouble shootings.

(4) Upon starting the blower, measure the no-load voltage and compare it with electricity on the name plate.

If it exceeds, regular check and remove the cause.

(5) Using a manometer and measure the rated voltage and check the heating of the body.

(6) Avoid touching the unit as it may become very hot.
